Shipping methods and delivery times

marardi.com will deliver orders to almost all countries in the world. The delivery time in Spain and the Balearic Islands is 2 to 3 business days from the date of receipt of the order.

In other countries the delivery time is 5 to 10 business days from the date of receipt.

Orders will be sent directly from marardi.com through its logistics operators.

If you do not receive your purchase within the estimated time, you must contact marardi.com Customer Service. You can write to us at info@marardi.com or call +34954825147. From the moment we have your notification we will take the appropriate steps to find out why you have not received it within the agreed time.
Returns

If you find a defective product in the order received, you must contact info@marardi.com or call +34954825147.

Return Conditions

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Earrings cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@marardi.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

As long as the return is due to product defects, marardi.com assumes the shipping costs incurred for the return. You can replace it or replace it with other items.

If the reasons for return are beyond marardi.com, that is, if the merchandise is in perfect condition but you still want to return it, you must send the product in its original packaging and in perfect condition. The expenses incurred for the return will NOT be borne by marardi.com.
