Shipping methods and delivery times
marardi.com will deliver orders to almost all countries in the world. Delivery time in Spain and the Balearic Islands is 2 to 3 business days from the date of receipt of the order.
In the rest of the countries the delivery time is 5 to 10 business days from the date of receipt.
However, these delivery times may be altered on days with a high volume of work since our pieces are handmade.
Orders will be shipped directly from marardi.com through its logistics operators.
If you do not receive your purchase within the estimated time, you should contact marardi.com Customer Service. You can write to us at info@marardi.com or call +34 954827880. From the moment we receive your notification, we will take the necessary steps to find out why you have not received it within the agreed time.
Returns
If you find a defective product in the order you received, you must contact info@marardi.com or call +34 954827880.
Return Conditions
We have a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Earrings cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons.
Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges for differences from the photographs. Each piece is unique and may have small variations in color, shape or details, which makes it special and exclusive. These characteristics are not considered defects, but rather a reflection of the manual process that makes them authentic.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@marardi.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Whenever the return is due to product defects, marardi.com will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred by the return. You may replace it or substitute it with other items.
If the reasons for the return are beyond marardi.com's control, that is, if the goods are in perfect condition but you still want to return them, you must send the product in its original packaging and in perfect condition. The costs incurred by the return will NOT be covered by marardi.com.
